Welcome to GreenNature. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Green Nature’s (by Octans Enterprise) relationship with you in relation to this website.

Payment & Delivery terms

1. All orders are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
2. We accept payment through:
1. Visa/Master Debit/Credit card or PayPal if you have PayPal account.

Please click on “continue” on redirected “Paypal” page if you choose to pay by Credit /Debit card. Please enter registered email address and password if you choose to pay by Paypal account.

2. Bank transfer (ATM or internet banking) to our banking accounts OCBC.
   Please send us an email at orders@greennature.sg with the following details:
   1. Name
   2. Mailing address
   3. Contact number
   4. Product name and quantity
   5. Please let us know if you opt for your order to be sent by registered mail. Additional charge of S$2.50 will be added to your initial postage amount .This also applies to free delivery condition.
   We will send you a confirmation email which indicate the stock availability, total amount and bank details for you to initiate the transfer of fund.
3. We provide delivery within Singapore (excluding P.O Box and military base address).
4. For overseas customer, we welcome you to leave us a note via “contact us” form or email us at orders@greennature.sg and we will get back to you very soon.
5. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery upon receipt of the payment.
6. In order to help you to save cost, we will be charging S$2.50 per order (normal postage). Free delivery will apply for orders more than S$40 in a single transaction. Additional charge of S$2.50 will be added if you opt for your order to be send by registered mail.
7. We will send you an email confirmation once we receive your order and payment.
8. In the event that any of the items you have ordered is not in stock, we will send you an email to advise you on the approximate delivery date.
9. You may choose to deliver your order to an address other than your mailing address. Please indicate clearly the destination during check out.
10. To avoid any misunderstanding, please ensure that you have given us a valid and correct delivery address upon checkout. GreenNature will not be responsible for products that fail to reach the intended customer due to incorrect address given.
11. If you have not receive your order after 5 working days, please leave us a note via “contact us” form or email us at orders@greennature.sg by quoting your delivery invoice number.

Return Policy

1. No cancellation of order is allowed once your order has been processed and delivered.
2. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene purposes.
3. If a product is damaged due to manufacturer related defects, kindly file a return claim with GreenNature at return@greennature.sg within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We will then advise you to return us the damaged products in its original condition and replace or exchange the item with another similar item of similar value.
4. Refunds or replacement will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

General terms of use

1. We reserve the right to amend, change or remove any part of this website without any prior notice.
2. We retain the right to refuse any order made by customers.
3. All trademarks, logotypes, images and written content on this website are the property of GreenNature.sg, its trading partners or other parties and/or individuals. In accessing pages on this website, you are agreeing that the downloading of content from this website will be for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, modify, display or sell any of the content of this website for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of the copyright owners.
4. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colour of products on this website. However, due to the limitation of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
